Unauthenticated file disclosure via locale path traversal

Path traversal in AVideo 26.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to include and execute PHP files under the web root without authentication. The get_api_locale() handler builds locale/{language}.php from unvalidated input and passes the resulting path to include, accepting ../ traversal. Any deployment with the API plugin enabled exposes file disclosure and execution of existing PHP content; arbitrary command execution additionally requires an attacker-controlled PHP file under the web root.
