Unauthenticated authorization bypass via unnormalized paths

Authorization bypass in Ory Oathkeeper before 26.2.0 allows remote attackers to reach protected upstream resources via crafted URLs. Rule.IsMatching evaluates the raw request path against access rules without first normalizing dot segments, so a permissive rule can authorize a path that the upstream server resolves to a protected route. Exploitation requires a permissive prefix rule and downstream path normalization; successful requests can read or alter resources permitted by the protected route.
