Authenticated file disclosure via unchecked stream URL

Local file inclusion in Roadiz core-bundle-dev-app affected branches allows remote authenticated users to read server files. RZ\Roadiz\Documents\DownloadedFile::fromUrl() passes attacker-controlled media URLs to PHP fopen(), which accepts file:// streams and copies local content into the Media Library. Access requires an authenticated account with ROLE_ACCESS_DOCUMENTS, and disclosure is limited to files readable by the web-server process.
