Authenticated cross-camera snapshot disclosure via authorization bypass

Incorrect authorization in Frigate 0.17.0 allows remote authenticated users to read snapshots from cameras outside their allowed set. The /api/timeline endpoint exposes out-of-scope event IDs, while event_snapshot_clean loads an event and reads its snapshot without checking event.camera against the caller's allowed cameras. Exploitation requires a low-privilege account restricted to at least one camera and exposes timeline activity, event IDs, and clean snapshots from other configured cameras.
