Unauthenticated command execution via CoAP header injection

Header injection in Apache Camel camel-coap 4.14.0 through 4.14.5, 4.18.0, and 4.19.0 allows remote attackers to execute OS commands via CoAP. CamelCoapResource.handleRequest() copies URI query parameters into Exchange headers without a HeaderFilterStrategy, allowing CamelExecCommandExecutable and CamelExecCommandArgs to override configured values. Exploitation requires a reachable CoAP consumer that forwards the Exchange to a header-sensitive producer; command output can return in the CoAP response.
