Client denial of service via message parser overflow

A buffer overflow in the Absolute Secure Access client before 14.50 allows remote attackers controlling a modified server to interrupt the client. The message-parsing function accepts a specially crafted server packet that overflows a stack buffer and overwrites a small portion of adjacent memory. Exploitation requires control of the server contacted by the client and passive client interaction; reported impact is limited to client memory corruption or service interruption.
