Denial of service via decoy SVG regex match

Denial of service in DiceBear before 9.4.2 allows remote attackers to crash Node.js applications via crafted SVG input. The @dicebear/converter ensureSize() function replaces dimensions on only the first regex match for an SVG tag, so a decoy inside an XML comment leaves the real root dimensions unrestricted before renderAsync allocates memory. The affected application must pass attacker-controlled SVG to the Node.js toPng, toJpeg, toWebp, or toAvif path; browser rendering is unaffected, and impact is limited to an out-of-memory crash.
