Local SYSTEM code execution via unescaped image path

Command injection in Podman 4.8.0 through 5.8.1 allows local users to execute PowerShell commands through a crafted VM image path. The Hyper-V backend's resizeDisk function interpolates the path into a double-quoted Resize-VHD command, so PowerShell evaluates embedded $() subexpressions. The flaw is reachable only on Windows when the local user controls a machine name or image directory, and commands run with the Podman process's privileges, typically SYSTEM.
