Stored XSS in OpenEMR before 8.0.0.3 allows attackers to execute JavaScript in an authenticated browser session. Eye Exam report.php renders stored CHRONIC2 and CHRONIC3 form values directly into encounter and visit-history HTML without text encoding. Exploitation requires an authenticated account with encounter-notes permission to store a payload and a victim to view the affected encounter or history, exposing session data and accessible patient records.
