Secret-key disclosure and heap corruption via unchecked templates
Published Apr 24, 2026 · Updated Apr 24, 2026
Out-of-bounds access in OP-TEE OS 3.13.0 through 4.10.0 allows local users to disclose PKCS#11 TA heap data or crash the TA. In entry_get_attribute_value() in ta/pkcs11/src/object.c, unchecked output and attribute lengths let a crafted template drive TEE_MemMove past buffer boundaries. Low-privileged local access to PKCS11_CMD_GET_ATTRIBUTE_VALUE is required; exposure includes residual secret keys, TA heap corruption, and a TA crash.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
