Authenticated reminder disclosure via user-controlled IDs

Authorization bypass in OpenEMR before 8.0.0.2 allows remote authenticated users to read other users' dated reminder messages. The dated reminders log skips its non-admin restriction when sentBy[] or sentTo[] is supplied, then logRemindersArray() uses those IDs to query reminders without authorization. Any authenticated non-admin user with reminder-log access can enumerate sequential user IDs and disclose patient names and free-text message content, but cannot modify reminders through this path.
