Authenticated privilege escalation via ignored ACL denies

Incorrect authorization in OpenEMR before 8.0.0.2 allows remote authenticated users to access module features despite explicit ACL denies. The AclMain::zhAclCheck() function in src/Common/Acl/AclMain.php queries only allowed=1 user and group entries, so any allow returns true without evaluating allowed=0 records. Exploitation requires authentication, a target feature gated only by this function, and conflicting ACL entries; the user retains access that an administrator explicitly denied.
