Stored XSS in OpenEMR before 8.0.0.2 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript in other users' browsers via Eye Exam answers. interface/forms/eye_mag/report.php prints HPI and other saved form values into the report without output encoding. The attacker needs the required encounter-notes role, and execution occurs when an authorized user views the encounter, history, or print report.
