Service interruption via unbounded HTTP request allocation

Resource exhaustion in PowerDNS DNSdist, Authoritative Server, and Recursor allows remote attackers to interrupt service via HTTP. The shared YaHTTP request-handling code in reqresp.cpp and reqresp.hpp performs an unbounded memory allocation while processing a crafted web request. The internal web server must be enabled and network-accessible; it is disabled and ACL-restricted by default, and the reported consequence is memory exhaustion without system compromise.
