Unauthenticated backend access via unnormalized proxy paths

Path traversal in Salvo 0.39.0 through 0.89.2 allows remote attackers to access unintended backend paths through salvo-proxy. The proxy passes an already decoded path to encode_url_path, whose encoding set leaves dot characters unchanged and forwards ../ sequences upstream. An unauthenticated request to a deployed proxy route is sufficient, exposing protected endpoints or administrative dashboards without granting write access.
