Authenticated service outage via unconstrained Jinja2 evaluation

Resource exhaustion in AutoGPT before 0.6.52 allows remote authenticated users to crash the backend through a crafted Jinja2 expression. FillTextTemplateBlock passes the user-controlled format field to TextFormatter for Jinja2 evaluation without an execution timeout or complexity limit. A low-privilege account can lock the shared execution queue, hang or crash the service, and require an administrator to restart it.
