Post-login off-site redirect via leading slashes

Open redirect in Redash 5.0.2 through 26.3.0 allows remote attackers to redirect users off-site through a crafted login URL. get_next_path() removes the supplied URL's scheme and network location but passes multiple leading slashes to Flask redirect(), which browsers treat as a protocol-relative external URL. A user must follow the crafted link and authenticate; the redirect can then support phishing or credential theft without altering the Redash instance.
