Credential disclosure via cross-host redirect header reuse

Sensitive information exposure in HAPI FHIR org.hl7.fhir.core before 6.9.0 allows remote attackers to obtain HTTP request headers. The internal HTTP client follows a 30X Location value to another host while reusing the original request's full header set, including authentication or privacy-sensitive values. Exploitation requires redirect following and an attacker-controlled destination; disclosed headers can support request impersonation.
