Authenticated SQL execution via unvalidated backup contents

SQL injection in WeGIA 3.6.5 through 3.6.6 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary SQL via a crafted backup archive. The loadBackupDB() function reads SQL files extracted from an uploaded tar.gz archive and passes their contents directly to MySQL without structural, statement, or integrity validation. Administrative access to backup restoration is required; successful exploitation permits creation of rogue administrators, password changes, or other database operations.
