Internal service probing via unvalidated ffprobe URLs

SSRF in Frigate before 0.16.3 allows remote authenticated users to probe internal services through the /api/ffprobe endpoint. In frigate/api/camera.py, the endpoint accepts each paths URL without destination validation and directs the server to request it. Viewer-level access is sufficient to enumerate reachable hosts and ports or contact cloud metadata services; direct response-body disclosure is not reported.
