Stored XSS via unsanitized registration email

Stored XSS in SourceCodester Doctor Appointment System 1.0 allows remote attackers to execute JavaScript via a crafted registration email. The registration handler relies on client-side validation, stores the Email value, and renders it without output encoding in administrative user and doctor pages. No account is required to plant a payload; execution requires an administrator to view a management page, exposing the administrator's session cookie.
