Infinite loop in Micronaut Core before 3.8.13, 3.9.0 through 3.10.4, and 4.0.0-M1 through 4.10.15 allows remote attackers to interrupt services. JsonBeanPropertyBinder.expandArrayToThreshold tests list size for inequality, so a lower index after a higher one makes equality unreachable while null elements are appended indefinitely. Exposure requires an application endpoint that binds indexed form-urlencoded body properties; the loop consumes CPU and heap until the JVM throws OutOfMemoryError.
