Absolute path traversal in Veeam Backup & Replication 13 through 13.0.1 allows remote authenticated users to write arbitrary files. Veeam has not published the affected component, request field, or path-validation operation that accepts an attacker-selected absolute path. Reachability requires Backup Administrator privileges against a Linux-based Veeam Software Appliance; the disclosed consequence is arbitrary file creation or overwrite.
