Credential interception via incomplete TLS peer verification
Published May 13, 2026 · Updated May 13, 2026
Improper certificate validation in WebPros cPanel and WP Squared allows remote attackers to capture credentials via a malicious DNS Cluster server. The DNS Cluster client does not fully enforce TLS peer verification before sending authenticated requests to a configured cluster server. The attacker must control a cluster endpoint or redirect its traffic to a malicious server; the disclosed consequence is capture of credentials sent in cluster requests.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
