Approval-integrity failure in OpenClaw before 2026.3.11 allows remote authenticated users to execute local code through node-host system.run. Wrapper resolution reduces the executable to its basename and shows an extracted inner-shell payload for approval while execution preserves the full outer argv. Exploitation requires placing or selecting a local wrapper binary, inducing a wrapper-shaped command, and persuading an operator to approve text that differs from the executed command.
