Unauthenticated metadata disclosure via unchecked DataSource API
Published Jun 17, 2026 · Updated Jun 17, 2026
Incorrect authorization in Apache DolphinScheduler before 3.4.2 allows remote attackers to read arbitrary data source metadata through its API. The DataSourceController methods connectionTest, getDatabases, getTables, and getTableColumns invoke data-source operations without validating the caller's permission for the referenced source. No credentials or user interaction is required; disclosed metadata is the grounded consequence, with no established write or service-interruption impact.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
