Arbitrary file read via rogue MySQL handshake

SSRF in 1Panel-dev SQLBot before 1.7.0 allows remote attackers to read arbitrary server files through a forged MySQL data source. The datasource check passes an attacker-supplied local_infile option to PyMySQL, letting a rogue server request and receive a local file during its handshake. The published proof of concept requires administrator access, despite the CNA's no-privileges-required assessment, and exposes files readable by the SQLBot process.
