CVE-2026-32930Network attack vector

Cross-course evaluation tampering via unchecked object ID

Published Apr 10, 2026 · Updated Apr 10, 2026

Authorization bypass in Chamilo LMS before 1.11.38 and 2.0.0-alpha.1 through 2.0.0-RC.2 allows remote authenticated users to alter evaluations. gradebook_edit_eval.php passes the user-controlled editeval GET value to Evaluation::load without verifying that the returned evaluation belongs to the current course. Any authenticated teacher can enumerate sequential evaluation IDs and read or modify another course's evaluation name, maximum score, and weight.
