Remote command execution via unvalidated SCP paths

Command injection in OpenClaw before 2026.3.13 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands through iMessage attachments. The scpFile routine in src/auto-reply/reply/stage-sandbox-media.ts passes a sender-controlled remote path into the SCP operand without rejecting shell metacharacters. Exploitation requires remote attachment staging and a crafted attachment filename, and commands run on the configured remote host.
