Unauthenticated process crash via prototype chain traversal

Denial of service in Parse Platform Parse Server before 8.6.47 and 9.0.0 through 9.6.0-alpha.23 allows remote attackers to crash the process. Cloud function name resolution follows inherited proto and constructor properties on a registered handler, recursively traversing JavaScript's prototype chain until the Node.js call stack overflows. A remote client that can reach a cloud function endpoint can terminate the server process without authentication, interrupting its API service.
