Arbitrary file write via unsanitized archive paths

Path traversal in DDEV before 1.25.2 allows remote attackers to write files outside extraction directories through malicious archives. Untar and Unzip in pkg/archive/archive.go join each untrusted tar or ZIP member name to the destination, then create directories and files without checking that the cleaned path remains beneath that destination. A developer must cause DDEV to download and extract the malicious archive; successful exploitation writes files with the developer account's permissions.
