Channel-secret disclosure via skipped WebAuthn assertion

Authentication bypass in QuantumNous New API 0.10.0 through 0.11.9-alpha.1 allows remote authenticated users to read channel secrets. The POST /api/verify passkey branch checks only for a stored passkey record, then completes secure verification without validating a WebAuthn assertion. Exploitation requires an existing authenticated session and registered passkey; confirmed impact is limited to secrets returned by a root-only channel-key endpoint.
