Authentication bypass in OPEXUS eCASE eComplaint before 10.1.0.0 allows remote attackers to upload arbitrary files into cases. Portal/EEOC/DocumentUploadPub.aspx accepts uploads for an obtained or guessed case number without requiring authentication. No account is required; case users see the injected files, and repeated uploads consume application storage.
