Weak password recovery in OPEXUS eComplaint and eCASE before 10.1.0.0 allows remote attackers to take over accounts via a reset request. ForcePasswordReset.aspx returns the secret verification code in its HTTP response and resets the password and security questions without asking the existing questions. Knowledge of a registered email address is sufficient; the resulting account takeover grants the compromised user's application access.
