Kernel crash via concurrent CIOCCRYPT double-free

Race condition in NetBSD src before commit ec8451e allows local users to corrupt kernel heap memory through concurrent CIOCCRYPT calls. In cryptodev_op(), per-operation uio and iovec state remains embedded in the shared csession, so simultaneous calls overwrite an allocation pointer and free the same buffer twice. The path requires unprivileged local access to /dev/crypto and concurrent use of one session on an SMP kernel; a successful race panics the kernel, with no reported confidentiality or integrity impact.
