Memory exhaustion via unchecked PICTURE metadata lengths

Uncontrolled memory allocation in dr_libs dr_flac.h 0.13.3 and earlier allows attackers to exhaust memory with crafted PICTURE metadata. drflac__read_and_decode_metadata() allocates from untrusted mimeLength and descriptionLength values before checking them against the remaining PICTURE block size. The flaw is reachable only through metadata-enabled drflac_open entry points with a non-null metadata callback, causing memory exhaustion and service interruption.
