Unauthenticated script execution via flash notification HTML

Reflected DOM XSS in dataCycle CORE 25.07.3 and earlier allows remote attackers to run script through crafted public-page links. The frontend toast component passes attacker-controlled flash notification HTML to innerHTML when the normal application layout loads a public route. No account is required, but a victim must follow the crafted link; successful exploitation runs script in that victim's browser and can read or alter data available to the page.
