Authenticated user enumeration via unchecked search authorization
Published Jul 20, 2026 · Updated Jul 20, 2026
Improper authorization in dataCycle CORE 25.07.3 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to enumerate user names and email addresses. The /users/search endpoint returns directory entries to Standard users without enforcing the profile-access restriction applied to direct profile requests. A Standard account is required, and disclosure is limited to names, email addresses, and the existence of guest or external test accounts.
