Unauthenticated server crash via malformed LiveQuery regex

Improper input validation in Parse Server before 8.6.43 and 9.0.0 through 9.6.0-alpha.18 allows remote attackers to crash the server. ParseLiveQueryServer accepts a subscription's malformed $regex constraint without compiling it, and QueryTools lets the resulting regex exception escape during subscription matching. LiveQuery must be enabled and reachable; no authentication or user interaction is required, and the uncaught exception terminates the process for all connected clients.
