CVE-2026-32761Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Authenticated file disclosure via unchecked share permission

Published Mar 19, 2026 · Updated Mar 19, 2026

Incorrect authorization in File Browser 2.61.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to disclose files through public shares. The share-creation wrapper checks Perm.Share but not Perm.Download, so it creates a hash that the unauthenticated public-download handler accepts. Exploitation requires an account with sharing allowed and downloading denied; it exposes file content but does not modify or delete managed data.
