Stored XSS via SVG sanitizer fallback bypass

Stored XSS in FreeScout before 1.8.209 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript when another user opens a crafted attachment URL. The attachment classifier accepts an allowed .png extension with image/svg+xml, while sanitizeUploadedFileData falls back to a script-tag-only regex when SVG parsing fails. A signed-in attacker must upload a parser-differential SVG and induce another user to open its URL, after which the script can act with that victim's application privileges.
