Cross-mailbox message access via missing authorization

Broken access control in FreeScout 1.8.208 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read and modify customer messages. ThreadPolicy::edit() accepts every customer-created thread without verifying that the account can access its conversation or mailbox. Any signed-in account can enumerate sequential thread IDs, disclose customer email content, and silently overwrite messages across mailboxes.
