Process crash via unchecked zero samples-per-chunk

Out-of-bounds read in Struktur AG libheif before 1.22.0 allows remote attackers to crash a decoding process via a crafted HEIF sequence. Box_stsc::parse accepts a zero samples_per_chunk value, causing Chunk to underflow its last-sample index and read index zero from an empty vector. Exploitation requires the sequence to reach first-frame sample access; the deterministic null-page read terminates the host decoding process.
