Stored XSS via MIME parsing and blocklist gaps

Stored XSS in Parse Server before 8.6.41 and 9.0.0 through 9.6.0-alpha.14 allows remote authenticated users to steal browser data. The file router derives an extension from the full Content-Type value without removing MIME parameters, and its default blocklist omits script-capable XML extensions. File-upload permission and a victim opening the stored content are required; successful execution exposes browser-held sessions, credentials, and local-storage data.
