Resource exhaustion via cross-sandbox timer tick race

Execution-quota bypass in nyariv SandboxJS before 0.8.35 allows local users to exhaust CPU resources through timer string handlers. The sandboxedSetTimeout path compiles string handlers when timers fire and binds them to mutable currentTicks.current instead of the scheduling sandbox's tick object. Exploitation requires attacker-controlled sandbox code, timers enabled despite their default exclusion, and concurrent sandboxes; CPU exhaustion denies service to the host process or other tenants.
