CVE-2026-32721

Stored XSS via raw scanned SSID rendering

Published Mar 19, 2026 · Updated Mar 19, 2026

Stored XSS in OpenWrt LuCI before 26.072.65753~068150b allows physically proximate attackers to run JavaScript via a crafted Wi-Fi SSID. The wireless.js scan-result renderer passes each SSID as a string to dom.append(), which interprets the value through innerHTML instead of creating a text node. An administrator must open the wireless scan modal while the malicious access point is nearby; the script then executes in the LuCI web origin.
