Unauthenticated node crash via unbounded NDJSON splitting

Resource exhaustion in Phoenix 1.7.0 through 1.7.21 and 1.8.0 through 1.8.5 allows remote attackers to crash the node. The LongPoll.publish/4 path splits an application/x-ndjson body on every newline without a segment limit, then maps the resulting list, multiplying memory and scheduler work. The endpoint requires long polling and a matching Origin, but an unauthenticated GET supplies the session token; newline-only POST bodies can exhaust BEAM resources and terminate all active sessions.
