Control-plane crash via crafted GRPCRoute backendRef filters

Improper array-index validation in F5 NGINX Gateway Fabric 1.3.0 through 2.6.3 allows remote authenticated users to crash the control plane. A GRPCRoute containing backendRef filters reaches an improperly validated array index, but F5 has not disclosed the affected function or exact index operation. Reachability requires GRPCRoutes to be enabled and Kubernetes permission to create or modify them; successful exploitation terminates the control plane without reported data disclosure or modification.
