Authentication bypass via XSRF token RPC
Published Mar 3, 2026 · Updated Mar 3, 2026
Missing authorization in OpenText Filr 25.1.2 and earlier allows remote attackers to bypass authentication through crafted RPC requests. The server issues an XSRF token to an unauthenticated requester and then accepts that token for RPC operations initiated by a crafted program. Network reachability and a crafted request sequence are required; no account or user interaction is needed, and successful RPC can read or modify server-managed data.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
