Privilege escalation in F5 BIG-IP and BIG-IQ allows remote authenticated users with the Certificate Manager role to run arbitrary commands. Configuration objects writable by that role can trigger command execution, but F5 has not disclosed the affected object types or the missing validation. At least Certificate Manager access is required; successful exploitation can read or alter data available to the resulting commands.
